Summit Office

Lost and Found
Lost items turned in to Summit will be stored in the Summit office. Any items not claimed by the end of Summit will be held for 30 days and then thrown or given away.
Evening Main Sessions
The Monday opening session will be a highlight of Summit as we also celebrate the 60th anniversary of Awana! Tuesday night is the Citation Ceremony. There will be a Citation Reception after the ceremony for Citation achievers and two of their guests. Thursday night begins with the Bible Quiz finals and wraps up with the closing session. Each of these nights is a significant component of the Summit experience that you won’t want to miss.
Parking
Parking, and lots of it, is FREE. Plenty of space for cars, vans and buses right at the Pheasant Run.
Summit Schedule
The Summit schedule is still tentative and subject to change. All events will take place at the host hotel, Pheasant Run.
Individual Participation
To be eligible for the Bible Quiz, Fine Arts, Volleyball or AwanaGamesTM you must be a current high-school student, age 18 or younger as of September 1, 2009 and completed the current year of Faith’s Foundations.
Meals
A cash lunch station will be set up Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the Garden Atrium.
Wristbands and Daily Passes
Wristbands or daily passes are required for ALL adults and students who are attending Summit not just the youth leaders and the students.
Daily spectator passes are available for the competitions (Bible Quiz, Fine Arts, Volleyball or AwanaGames™) or Citation Ceremony and can be purchased for $25 each day at the Summit Registration Office.
